Chadwick Boseman: Πέθανε σε ηλικία 43 ετών ο πρωταγωνιστής του «Black Panther»

Σε ηλικία 43 ετών και χτυπημένος από τον καρκίνο, έφυγε από τη ζωή ο πρωταγωνιστής της ταινίας «Black Panther» (Μαύρος Πάνθηρας), ο Chadwick Boseman (Τσάντγουϊκ Μπόουζμαν), την Παρασκευή 28 Αυγούστου.

O ηθοποιός πάλευε με τον καρκίνο του παχέος εντέρου από το 2016 και, σύμφωνα με μια ανακοίνωση που δημοσιεύθηκε στο Twitter, άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή στο σπίτι του, έχοντας στο πλευρό του την οικογένειά του. Όπως αναφέρει η ανακοίνωση, όλες οι πρόσφατες ταινίες του Boseman γυρίστηκαν «ανάμεσα σε αμέτρητες εγχειρήσεις και χημειοθεραπείες».

Chadwick Boseman, the actor who found fame as the star of “Black Panther” and who also portrayed pathbreaking Black figures such as Jackie Robinson, James Brown and Thurgood Marshall, died on Friday. He was 43, his publicist, Nicki Fioravante, told The Associated Press. A statement posted on Mr. Boseman’s Instagram account said the actor had been told in 2016 that he had Stage 3 colon cancer, which had progressed to Stage 4.
